Returning goods that you've purchased using AppToPay is just like returning goods you've purchased using a credit card.
You should return the goods to the retailer from which you purchased the goods from and the retailer will send AppToPay a refund request which will be processed within 5 working days of receipt by AppToPay - often much quicker.
We will issue a refund of all monies already received and cancel all future payments relating to that purchase.
It is important that you do not cancel your direct debit mandate or stop any payments as this could affect you credit profile.
Purchasing goods using AppToPay as a payment method does not alter you rights in relation to a retailers individual terms and conditions.
