If you miss a repayment your account will be placed on hold until it is brought up to date, this means you won't be able to make any further purchases using AppToPay until we collect the missed payment.
If you miss a repayment our system will automatically try to re-collect that payment shortly after - usually within a few days but sometime up to ten days later. This will happen automatically and you don't need to do anything apart from make sure the money is available in your account.
It is important that you keep up with your repayments and don't let your account fall in to arrears as this could affect our credit score which could affect your ability to access credit in the future.
We reserve the right to charge a £12 late repayment fee for any late or missed repayment.
