- Place your account on hold so no further purchases can be made
- Adjust your credit limits to prevent
- Stop your account incurring any further missed/late payment charges
- Grant you a repayment holiday
- Re-structure your repayment period to give you more time to pay at a lower monthly cost
The last thing we want to do is make your financial situation any worse or harder to resolve but we can only do this if we are aware of your financial situation.
If we are unaware that you are having issues our automated system will add £12 per late or missed repayment meaning your debt with us will grow month on month of missed or late payment.
